10.00 -10.30 AM: Introduction of participants, recent developments Art Discovery Group Catalogue, agenda (Geert-Jan Koot and Eric van Lubeek)

10.30 – 12.00 AM: Current state of implementations: uploading and merging of records; new discovery interface (Frank van Klaveren)

1.30 – 3.30 PM: Auction catalogues: business case (Geert-Jan Koot and Boaz Nadav-Manes); developments by the OCLC Research Innovation Group and demo of prototype

3.30 – 4.30 PM: new collections (databases) to be added; collaboration on acquiring databases

4.30 – 5.30 PM: Future plans and developments. Setting priorities for ADGC.

Friday May 29

10.00 AM – 3.00 PM:

  • Website Art Discovery: presentation of status, hosting and organizing content (Paolo Leitao)
  • evaluate the Kress and Getty grants (Kathleen Salomon)
